Teacups and Friendships

My daughters and I had the pleasure of participating in  Teacup and Mug Exchange hosted by Stephanie at The Enchanting Rose blog. I really enjoyed making and picking out items for my tea lady. I was privileged to have Elisabeth at Absolutely Elisabeth blog as my send to tea friend. She has a great blog you should check out.

I was blessed with a beautiful tea package by Debbie. Debbie doesn't have a blog but her daughter Esther has a delightful blog called Dolly Creates.
I must say I felt quite spoiled when I opened my box of goodies.  And pink! Oh how I love pink! The pink apron is so pretty! Oh and the Chick tract. I was so glad to know they were still around. I remember them from my teens.
The teacup is so delicate and pretty!
I love everything I received.  Thank you again Debbie!

    1. Thank you Betsy! I really love the apron and it makes me want to make one. Most of my aprons are full and I only have two half aprons.

  10. It looks like you received a very nice package! I'm glad you were able to participate.

By the way, my dad and his parents were all born again through the ministry of Mennonites. My dad studied Mennonite history in college as an alternative elective, so I grew up hearing some things about the Anabaptists. Christmas Carol Kauffman is also one of my favorite authors. :-)
